This mansion, built in 1827 by Abdul-vahabi efendi Abdiağa, was donated to the Sivas Municipality by his grandchildren, retired teacher Hatice Mutlu and retired Judge Abdi Başara, to be revived as Sivas Konağı and used as a cultural house. The historic mansion consists of 12 rooms and 2 floors. On the upper floor there is a kitchen, two guest rooms with a large hall, two large halls, 2 sitting rooms and a bedroom, while on the lower floor there are two sitting rooms, a large kitchen, a cellar and a coal store.
