Hayrullah Camii, Kendirci Mahallesi’nde Harrankapı Semti'ndedir. Caminin iki kitabesi vardır. Dış kapı kitabesinde Abdurrahman Beşe(Paşa) oğlu Hacı Ali tarafından minare ve kapının tamir edildiği yazılıdır. Buradaki tarih 1764 (hicri 1178)'dir. Mimber üzerindeki kitabesinde ise mimberin tamirinden bahsedilmektedir. Ancak tamiri yaptıranın adı belirtilmemiştir. Tamir tarihi olarak 1797 (hicri 1212) verilmiştir.
