Hartavizade Hafız Muhammed Selim Türbesi Dabakhane Camisi’nin batı kapısı bitişiğindedir. Şeyh Muhammed Selim Efendi 1785 yılında Urfa'da doğmuştur. Tasavvuf dünyasının büyüklerinden 1826’da vefat eden Nakşibendi Şeyhi Mevlana Halid-i Bağdadî Hazretlerinin mürididir. Muhammed Selim Efendi, şeyhi ölünce Urfa'da Halid Bağdadî'nin halifeliğini devam ettirmiştir. Muhammed Selim 1860 da Urfa’da vefat edince Mevlid-i Halil Kabristanı’na defnedilir. 1874'te yol çalışmaları nedeniyle Şeyhin kabri Dabakhane Camii’ndeki bugünkü yerine nakledilir. Türbe, Hafız Muhammed Selim Efendi’nin oğlu Ferideddin tarafından 1880’de yaptırılmıştır. Urfa salnamesi de Hartavi Hafız Muhammed Selim Efendi’nin Türkçe, Farsça ve Arapça şiirler söylemiş büyük bir âlim ve şeyh olduğunu kaydetmektedir.
