Urfalı Şair Emin tarafından yazılan dış kapı kitabesine göre 1909 (hicri 1327) yılında yaptırılmıştır. Son cemaat yerinin doğusundaki kitabesinde ise caminin Bekir Bey adlı biri tarafından yaptırıldığı belirtilmektedir. Yapı kesme taş malzemeden inşa edilmiştir.
