Yusuf Paşa Camii, Sarayönü Caddesi’ndedir. Camiyi yaptıran Urfa-Rakka Valisi Yusuf Paşa'dır. Yusuf Paşa'nın bu cami için düzenlediği vakfiye 1710 (hicri 1122) tarihlidir. Üç kitabesi bulunan yapının mihrap kitabesinde 1850 (Hicri 1267) tarihinde Hacı Es'ad adında bir hayırsever tarafından yapının bazı bölümlerinin onarıldığı belirtilmektedir. Caminin avlusunda bir oda kitabesi bulunmaktadır. Kitabede, hayırseverlerin 1872 (hicri 1289) yılında avludaki odayı onardıkları yazılıdır. Yapıdaki son kitabe imam odasının üzerinde yer alır. Buradaki kitabede; Abdulvahab Efendi adlı bir kişinin avludaki odaların hepsini baştanbaşa yeniden yaptırdığı yazılıdır. Tamirat 1879 (hicri 1296) da yapılmıştır.
