It is located in Hekimdede Neighborhood. Its exact construction date is unknown. It has three inscriptions. The inscription above the harim (main prayer space) door states that the mosque was repaired by Bayram Bey, son of Ahmed, in 1634 (Hijri 1043). There is also a fountain inscription on the southwest side of the mosque. The date 1708 (Hijri 1120) appears on the inscription, whose writing cannot be read. It is understood from the damaged inscription above the inner door of the mosque that the second or third repair of the mosque was commissioned by Mustafa Paşa in 1776 (Hijri 1190). On the inscription located on the side wall of the Hekim Dede tomb facing the mosque courtyard, only the date 1803 (Hijri 1218) could be read.
