Hekimdede Mahallesi’nde bulunmaktadır. Kesin yapım tarihi bilinmemektedir. Üç kitabesi vardır. Harim (Ana ibadet mekânı) kapısı üzerindeki kitabesinde caminin, Ahmed oğlu Bayram Bey tarafından 1634 (hicri 1043) yılında tamir edildiği belirtilmiştir. Camiin güney batı tarafında bir de çeşme kitabesi bulunmaktadır. Yazısı okunamayan kitabe üzerinde 1708 (hicri 1120) tarihi mevcuttur. Caminin iç kapı üstündeki tahrip olan kitabesinde ise camiin ikinci veya üçüncü tamirinin Mustafa Paşa tarafından 1776 (hicri 1190) yılında yaptırıldığı anlaşılmaktadır. Hekim Dede türbesinin cami avlusundan taraf duvarının üzerinde yer alan kitabede yalnız 1803 (hicri 1218) tarihi okunabilmiştir.
