Balıklıgöl'ün kuzey kenarında bulunan cami, 1736 (Hicri.1149) yılında Rakka Valisi Rıdvan Ahmet Paşa tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Mihraba paralel ve üç kubbeli olarak inşa edilmiştir. Caminin doğusunda tek şerefeli bir minare yer alır. Harim giriş kapısı iki renkli malzeme kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Harim kısmı (ana ibadet mekânı) her yönden açılan pencereleri ile oldukça aydınlıktır. Süsleme olarak yapının en ilginç kısmı, giriş kapısıdır. Ahşap kapı, çivi kullanılmadan geçme ve kakma tekniğiyle yapılmıştır. Kapı üzerinde zengin bitkisel ve geometrik desenler bulunmaktadır. Medrese cami avlusunun kuzeyinde yer almaktadır.
