Balıklıgöl civarında, Akarbaşı mevkiinde bulunmaktadır. Urfa Salnamesine göre; Hasan Padişah Camii, 15. yüzyılın ikinci yarısında, Akkoyunlu Hükümdarı Uzun Hasan tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Aynı salnameye göre yapı, 14. yüzyıla tarihlenen Tok Temur Mescidi’ne bitişik olarak inşa edilmiştir. Hasan Padişah Camii, kitabelere göre; 1574’te Osmanlı Sultanı Selim Han döneminde, Şeyh Abdulkadir oğlu Hacı Yakub tarafından onartılmıştır. Yapı daha sonra; 1575, 1585, 1796, 1859 yıllarında tekrar onarım görmüştür. Avlunun kuzeyinde tek şerefeli bir minaresi mevcuttur. Halil ür-Rahman Gölü’nden gelen su, bu caminin avlusundan geçmektedir.
