According to the inscriptions; Hasan Padişah Camii was repaired in 1574 during the reign of Ottoman Sultan Selim Han by Hacı Yakub, son of Sheikh Abdulkadir. The structure was later repaired again in 1575, 1585, 1796, and 1859. There is a single-balcony minaret to the north of the courtyard. Water coming from Halil ür-Rahman Lake passes through the courtyard of this mosque.
