Yoğurtçu Kale, Manisa ili, Yunus Emre Belediyesi'nin Uzunburun Köyü sınırları içerisinde, köyün yaklaşık 1 km güney doğusunda Yamanlar Dağı üzerinde Manisa Boğazı'nın doğu girişine hakim bir bölgede yer almaktadır. Bu boğaz, Gediz (Hermos) Ovası ile kıyıyı birbirine bağlayan bölgedeki tek doğal geçittir. Kalenin bulunduğu alan tarıma elverişsiz makilik bir bölgedir. Yamanlar Dağı'nın doğusunda Spil Dağı, kuzeyinde ise Dumanlı Dağ bulunur. Yoğurtçu Kale, 382 metre yüksekliğe sahip büyük bir kireç taşı oluşumunun üzerine inşa edilmiştir. Bu doğal oluşum Batı ve Kuzey yönde hiçbir bağlantısı olmaksızın, son derece sarp bir şekilde yükselmektedir.
