Kuruçeşme Hanı is on the Konya-Beyşehir route and is also known as Hanönü Hanı. Extending in the east-west direction, the han has a rectangular layout consisting of a courtyard and a covered/shelter section. In the middle of the east façade of the building is its portal, consisting of a vertical rectangular mass designed flush with the façade and opening onto the façade as a pointed-arched bay; the rectangular courtyard, entered by means of a deep entrance iwan covered with a pointed barrel vault to which the depressed-arched doorway opening is connected, is surrounded by two opposing portico arrangements extending along its north and south sides and divided by square piers. The courtyard is bounded by one room each in the north and south wings of the entrance iwan, each connected to the entrance iwan by a flat-linteled door. Both rooms are rectangular in plan and covered with a pointed barrel vault; the mihrab niche in the qibla wall of the room in the south wing reveals that it was used as a masjid in the past. The covered/shelter section on the west wing of the courtyard is divided into three naves by five square piers placed in the longitudinal direction and covered with pointed barrel vaults; the central nave is wider and higher.

Smooth-cut and roughly dressed stones were used in the construction of the han; it is also seen that ancient-period building material was reused as spolia within the wall masonry. According to the heavily damaged marble inscription on the pediment of the portal of the covered/shelter section, the structure, described as a ribad, is understood to have been built during the second reign of the Seljuk Sultan I. Gıyâseddîn Keyhüsrev and in 1207.
