Şehir merkezinin güneyinde, kışla ve hosor derelerinin birleştiği yerde kurulmuş ve camii, medrese, imaret, türbe kısımlarından oluşan bir külliyedir. Kitabesine göre, H.935 (M.1529) tarihinde IV. Şeref Han tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Doğu-batı doğrultusunda, dikdörtgen plana sahip olan caminin şehirden görülebilen cephesi doğu tarafı olduğundan, bu yüze anıtsal bir değer kazandırılmak istenmiş ve ayrı bir özenle tezyin edilerek hazırlanmıştır. Minaresindeki tezyinat, Mihrabındaki motif ve kompozisyon dikkate değer özelliktedir. Camiinin kuzeyini kaplayan son cemaat yeri, dört silindiril sütuna dayanan beş sivri kemerle avluya açılmaktadır. Sütunlardan caminin kuzey duvarlarına kemerler atılmış ve böylece oluşan kare bölümler birer kubbe ile örtülmüştür. Mihrap yarım kemerli bir niş şeklindedir. Pencereler ve taç kapı Osmanlılar Dönemi'nde yapılmıştır.
