Şehrin batı yakasındaki Zeydan Mahallesinde, kendi adıyla anılan Kureyşi semtinde bulunan camii, kitabesine göre H.1225 (M.1810) da tamir görerek şimdiki durumunu almıştır. Caminin çok eskiden zengin süslemelerle bezenmiş olduğuna dair belirgin izler bulunmaktadır. Ancak onarımlar sonucu bu süslemeler yok olmuştur. Ana bölüm ortasında bulunan sütun ve sütunu duvarlara bağlayan kemerlerle dörde ayrılmış, her bölümün üstü beşik tonozla örtülmüştür. Caminin batısındaki dikdörtgen planlı küçük türbede Sultan Kureyşi Hazretleri yatmaktadır.
