Medresesi ile bir külliye olup, Gazibey mahallesinde, Kazım Paşa İlkokulunun yanı başındadır. Kitabesine göre 1836 senesinde Şerif adlı bir zat tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Bir ara Halk ve Çocuk Kütüphaneleri ile Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü Beslenme Bürosu olarak kullanılan bu yapı, geçtiğimiz yıllarda yeniden düzenlenerek camii olarak kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Yapıya uygun olarak yapılan çevre duvarları, şadırvan ve minaresi ile muntazam bir hal alan caminin alt katı ise, kuran kursu olarak kullanılmaktadır.
