14'üncü yüzyıl ikinci yarısında yapıldığı düşünülen türbenin kim tarafından yapıldığı bilinmemektedir. Hilafet Gazi Türbesi’nin hemen karşısında bulunan iki türbeden biridir. Türbe, Amasya’nın eski kadıları adına yapıldığı için Kadılar Türbesi denilmiştir.
Eyvan tipli türbelerden olan yapının inşasında kesme taş ve tuğla malzeme kullanılmıştır. Kuzeye bakan genişçe bir kemerli girişi bulunur. Dikdörtgen planlı türbenin üzeri sivri beşik tonozla örtülmüştür. Türbe 2007 yılında restore edilmiştir.
