1406 tarihinde Hacerzâde İbrahim Bey tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Yapının mimarı belli değildir. Cami, Balkan Savaşı'nda ve depremlerde büyük hasara uğramıştır. Daha sonra restore edilerek, eski durumuna çok yakın hale getirilmiş ve 15 Ekim 1971 tarihinde ibadete açılmıştır. Yapı tamamen düzgün kesme taş malzemeden, cephesinde mermer malzeme de kullanılmak suretiyle tek kubbeli mescit planında yapılmıştır.
