Harran Kapı Mezarlığı içerisinde yer alan bu türbe, kesme taşlardan sekizgen planlı ve tek kubbeli olarak inşa edilmiştir. Kitabesinde şöyle yazılıdır: "Bu mezar, seyyidler seyyidi, iyilik ve güzellikler babası, Seyyid Maksud oğlu Seyyid Hacı Ali'nindir. Allah'ın rahmetine kavuştuğu Rebiyülevvel 1003 (Kasım 1594) tarihinde burası bina edilmiştir." Türbede, Seyyid Ali'den başka 1876'da vefat eden Kadiri Şeyhi Hacı Mustafa Efendi, iki oğlu, bir kızı ve 1969'da vefat eden Şeyh Hüseyin'e ait olmak üzere toplam 6 mezar bulunmaktadır.
