Located within Harran Kapı Cemetery, this tomb was built of cut stone with an octagonal plan and a single dome. Its inscription reads as follows: "This grave belongs to Seyyid Hacı Ali, son of Seyyid Maksud, the sayyid of sayyids, father of goodness and beauties. This place was built on the date of Rebiyülevvel 1003 (November 1594), when he attained Allah's mercy." In the tomb, apart from Seyyid Ali, there are a total of 6 graves belonging to Kadiri Sheikh Hacı Mustafa Efendi, who died in 1876, his two sons, one daughter, and Sheikh Hüseyin, who died in 1969.
