Sarı Saltuk, Hacı Bektaşi Veli'nin çağdaşıdır. Sarı Saltuk Türbesi Bor ilçesinde bulunmaktadır. XIII. yüzyıla ait olan bu türbe değişik zamanlarda onarım görmüştür. Bu önemli şahsiyeti Fuat Köprülü’nün Türk Edebiyatında “İlk Mutasavvıflar” adlı eserinde görmekteyiz. Taptuk Emre’nin piri üstadı Sarı Saltuk’un hikâyesinin anlatan Saltukname, Bor Halil Nuri Kütüphanesi'nin 17292 numarasına kayıtlı az bulunan nüshalardan birisidir.
