Elaiussa Sebaste ise bu tarihten sonra limanının kumullar yüzünden kapanmasıyla önemini kaybetmiştir. Bu nedenle 5. ve 6.yüzyıllarda bu su kemerleri Korykos’a su taşımak için tamir edilmiştir.
