Akhisar Müzesi 11 bölümde 1451 eserin sergilendiği arkeoloji ve etnografik eserlerden oluşmaktadır. Arkeolojik seksiyonda, 18-11 milyon yaşlarında fosiller, idoller, el aletleri, MÖ 6000-3000 yıllarına tarihlenen Yortan seramikleri, MÖ700-500 yıllarına ait seramik, gümüş kap ve altın buzağı, Hellenistik Dönem seramikleri, MÖ 500 - MS 200 tarihleri arasına ait figürinler, yağ kandilleri, mezar stelleri ve cam eserler sergilenmektedir. MÖ 500'lere tarihlenen lir çalan Eros, aslan başlı küpe, Herakles mührü, altın yüzük, kolye, iğne, Hıristiyanlık Dönemine ait günlük alet ve eşyalarda bu bölümde yerini almıştır.
