Pertev Mehmet Paşa Camisi ya da diğer adıyla Yeni Cuma Camisi Padişah II. Selim'in ikinci veziri Pertev Mehmet Paşa adına, ölümünden sonra vasiyeti üzerine kethüdası Sinan Ağa tarafından yaptırılmış ve cami kitabesine göre miladi 1579 yılında tamamlanmıştır.
Cami ile birlikte sübyan mektebi ve hamam kalıntısı ayakta durmaktadır. Cami ve külliye Mimar Sinan'ın eserleridir. Külliyeden yalnızca cami ve çeşme mimari özelliklerini koruyarak günümüze gelmiştir. Süryan mektebi özgün şeklini tamamen yitirmiş, hamam ise harabe halinde ve temel kalıntılarının bir kısmı korunmaktadır.
