Tuzhisar Sultan Hanı
Tuzhisar Sultan Hanı is located in the town of Tuzhisar at the 46th kilometre of the Kayseri-Sivas road. It is stated that this road was also used in Roman times. Although the Arab geographer Ibn Said states that there were 24 caravanserais between Kayseri and Sivas, this number is considered exaggerated for a distance of 190 kilometres; however, it may be accepted that there could have been many accommodation facilities along this route. The work has no inscription that has survived to the present day.

There is no inscription of the work that has survived to the present day. Although it is stated that there was a date in the inscription band above the crown gate of the enclosed space, this inscription band has been damaged almost to the point of being completely illegible.
There is no surviving waqfiyya of Tuzhisar Sultan Hanı. The inscription on the crown gate of the building's enclosed shelter section has not survived to the present day due to the erosion of the stones over time. Mehmet Çayırdağ states that the phrase “burhan emir el-mü’minin” was found at the end of the inscription and that this appeared in inscriptions of the period.
Sultan Hanı was built on land sloping very slightly from south to north. The han was designed as two masses including shelter and service spaces where the needs of the trio of passenger, load and animal would be met during their stay.
