It was commissioned in 1561 by Isparta Governor Firdevs Bey to provide income for Mimar Sinan Camii. This structure, bearing the style of Mimar Sinan, was built with smoothly cut kövke stones. It extends in a north-south direction and has one entrance on each side. Its lead-covered barrel-vault roof was replaced during the restoration it underwent in 1967, covered with a wooden roof, and put into service together with the shops inside.
