Located within the central boundaries of Eskişehir Tepebaşı District, Bilim Kültür ve Sanat Parkı has the distinction of being the largest park in Eskişehir with its area of approximately 400 thousand square meters. Within the park area there is a large pond where various water sports can also be practiced, restaurants, an open-air concert area for 1200 people, an amphitheater, a museum ship in full scale, play groups consisting of fairy tale heroes, a playground where children can do various water-related activities, a playground for disabled children, the Bilim Deney Merkezi, next to which is also located Turkey’s largest space house, Masal Dünyası, which has the distinction of being a first in Turkey, and the Japon Bahçesi, built within the framework of the 2010 Turkiye’de Japon yılı activities through the cooperation of the Metropolitan Municipality and Turkey’s Embassy of Japan. Special excursion trains operate within the park area. Within the Büyükşehir Belediyesi Bilim Sanat ve Kültür Parkı there is also a large Sualtı dunyası, and work on the zoo is also continuing.
