In the museum exhibition halls, approximately 2000 items are displayed, including fossils, seals, archaeological artifacts, ethnographic artifacts, and coins from various periods, acquired in various ways from Erzurum and surrounding provinces. Within the framework of the child-friendly museum program, the museum has play and activity areas as well as screening areas.
In the museum's lower floor exhibition halls, a mammoth fossil, mollusk fossils, obsidians formed by the cooling of lava after volcanic eruptions, the Karaz culture where examples from the Chalcolithic Age to the Iron Age are exhibited, the Transcaucasian culture, the Urartian culture, and artifacts from the Hellenistic period are exhibited.
In the museum's upper floor exhibition halls, there are artifacts from the Ottoman Period and the Seljuk Period, findings related to the massacres carried out by Armenian committee members during the National Struggle Period, artifacts and visuals related to the development and history of folk dances and Oltu Stone craftsmanship.
