The Old Government House, one of the first examples of the National Architecture style in Elazığ, is one of the rare architectural works that constitutes a fine example of the late Ottoman Period. The building consists of a basement, ground floor and 1st floor, and is three storeys high. The ground floor was built of cut stone.
