Kentin kuzeybatısında Sarayiçi yakınında Tunca Nehrine yapılmıştır. 1451 'da ll. Murat döneminin önemli devlet adamlarından Şahabettin Paşa yaptırmıştır. 120 m. uzunlukta. 5 m. genişliktedir. 11 ayaklı, 12 kemerli ve taştan köprünün iki yanındaki kemeri toprak altında kalmıştır. 1702'de orta kemeri yıkılan köprü Sultan ll.Mustafa tarafından onartıldığında 50 m. uzatılmıştır. Köprünün doğusunda Saraçhane Mahallesi bulunduğundan bu adla da anılmaktadır.
