Edirne Sarayı'nın sağlam kalan tek binası olan Adalet Kasrı, Kanuni Sultan Süleyman tarafından 1561 yılında Mimar Sinan’a yaptırılmıştır. Zeminle beraber dört katlı olup, üst katında mermer fıskiyeli bir havuz bulunur. Döneminde, Divan-ı Hümayun (Bakanlar Kurulu) ve Yargıtay olarak kullanılmaktaydı. Rivayete göre Sultan Süleyman imparatorluğun kanunlarını burada yazmıştır.
