Located on Küçük Melen Creek in Yığılca, Düzce Province, it is a dam and hydroelectric power station in Turkey. It was built between 1965 and 1972 for irrigation and flood control. The structure is a rock-fill dam with a reservoir area of 2.85 km² and a reservoir volume of 55 hm³ at normal water level.
