Saat Kulesi, Balıkesir’de Kuva-yi Milliye Müzesi yakınında yer almaktadır. 1829 yılında Giritli Mehmet Paşa tarafından yaptırılmıştır. 1897’de deprem nedeniyle yıkılınca, 1901 yılında bugünkü şekliyle yeniden inşa edilmiştir.
Kare prizma şeklindeki bina, beyaz kesme taş ile yapılmış ve kabartma işçiliklerle süslenmiştir. En üst katı bir kubbe ile örtülmüş ve buraya büyük bir çan eklenmiştir. Kulenin her cephesine bir adet saat yerleştirilmiş, bu sayede dört taraftan saatin görülebilmesi sağlanmıştır.
