It is a masonry structure dating from the 18th century in the Koçarlı district center. While the building, which was commissioned to protect the Cihanoğulları from raids, was connected to the mansion, the tower remained on its own after the mansion burned down and was destroyed as a result of a fire it suffered in 1948. At the beginning of the 19th century, it underwent some changes, arrangements such as a bath and terrace were added, and during this time stucco plaster ornaments were made at the beginning of the 20th century.
