Camii, doğu-batı yönlerinde, eğimli bir alanda, yüksek bir platform üzerinde yer almaktadır. Alt kademede, batıda kemerli bir geçit, güneyde bir sebil vardır. Avlunun kuzey ve doğusunda medrese hücreleri mevcuttur. Yapı, moloz taşla inşa edilmiştir. Yer yer tuğlalar da görülmektedir. Kare planlı, kubbeli ve üç bölümlü son cemaat yeri ile kuzey-batıda bir minareye, üç bölümlü bir son cemaat yerine sahiptir. Cepheler pencerelerle hareketlendirilmiştir. Güneyde mihrap duvarı dışa doğru taşıntı yapmaktadır. Kuzeydeki son cemaat yerinin bölümleri kubbelerle örtülüdür. Kubbe geçişleri pandantiflidir. Kuzey yönündeki kapıdan harime geçilir. Harim kubbesinin geçişleri trompludur. Caminin son cemaat yeri ve harimi oldukça süslüdür. Ancak eski resimlerde görülen son cemaat yerindeki alçı süslemeler bugün yoktur. Harimdeki alçı süslemeler Barok karakterlidir. Bitkisel motifler "C" ve "S" kıvrımlar, silmeler dikkati çeken bezemelerdir. Caminin restorasyonu 2010 yılında tamamlanarak daha güzel bir görünüme kavuşmuştur.
