Cami, kayıtlardan öğrendiğimize göre, yıktırılan eski caminin yerine, Hasan Ağa tarafından Hicri:1340 (M:1921) tarihinde yeniden yaptırılmıştır. Halen ibadete açık olan yapı, Vakıflar Bölge Müdürlüğü’nce 1994-1995 yıllarında restore edilmiştir. Balcıoğlu Mahallesi'nde bulunan cami, kuzeydoğu köşesinde günümüzde kullanılmayan Kuran Kursu, doğu yönünde şadırvan, batı yönünde ise hazire ile çevrilmiştir. Kare planlı ana mekan, dört ahşap destek üzerine oturtulan etrafı açık son cemaat yeri ve kuzeybatısındaki minareden oluşmaktadır. Yapı süsleme açısından oldukça sadedir. Günümüzde yapı, taş minare ve mihrabı dışında adeta yeni inşa edilmiş görünümü vermektedir.
