Hazeranlar Mansion was built in 1865 by Amasya Treasurer Hasan Talat Efendi. The mansion takes its name from Hezeran Hanım, who lived here for a long time. Hazeranlar Mansion is one of the finest structures reflecting the characteristics of regional civil architectural works of the Ottoman Period with its four-iwan, central-hall plan. It was built on ancient period fortification walls, with a basement and two storeys, in timber frame construction with adobe infill.
