Tekya Mevkii'nde, Tahar Çayı üzerindeki taş köprü tek sivri kemerden oluşmaktadır. Yusuf Ziya Paşa tarafından yaptırılan köprünün yazıtından 1807 tarihi okunabilmektedir. Bir kaynağa göre; 1902 yılında Diyarbakır Valisi Akif Paşa tarafından onartıldığı anlaşılmaktadır. Sivri kemerli tek gözlü olan köprü kesme taş malzeme ile yapılmıştır. Köprünün üst kısmında her iki tarafta 70 santimetre yükseklikte korkuluklar yer almaktadır. Yapının boyu 55 metre, döşeme uzunluğu 30 metre, yüksekliği 9 metre, kemer açıklığı 16 metre ve genişliği 4.30 metredir. Dört işaret taşından birine kavak ağacı motifi işlenmiştir. Bugün halen kullanılır vaziyettedir.
