Restorasyon çalışmaları sonucunda Beşevler, Tekirdağ Büyükşehir Belediyesi'nin sosyal tesisleri olma statüsünü kazanarak hem Tekirdağlılara hem de yerli ve yabancı turistlere butik otel, restoran, cafe ve bistro olarak hizmet vermeye başlamıştır.
