Sarı Köşk 1918-1921 yılları arasında Müses Agovoviç tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Kagir bina, bodrumu olup zemin üzeri bir katlıdır. Kuzey cephesindeki girişe, sağ ve solunda bulunan on basamaklı mermer merdivenden ulaşılır. Tuğla örgülü giriş cephesine yapışık, kaideli ve sütun başlıklı pilastrlar arasına pencereler yerleştirilmiştir. Basık kemerli bodrum kat pencereleri demir parmaklıdır. Zemin kat pencereleri dikdörtgen formlu olup beyaz kepenklerle kapatılmıştır. Üst kat pencereleri beşik kemerlidir. Giriş cephesinde, zemin kat ile birinci kat arasında diş frizi görülmektedir. Yapının, tavanları ve merdivenleri ahşap olup tavanı süslemelidir.
