İsmet İnönü'nün 1891-1897 yılları arasında çocukluğunun geçtiği, ilköğrenimini tamamladığı bu konak; şimdi İnönü Konağı namıyla anılmaktadır. 945 yılında Sivas Belediyesi tarafından mülk sahiplerinden satın alınarak “İnönü Müzesi” adı altında ziyarete açılan konak daha sonra İl Özel İdaresine devredilmiştir. 2006 yılında İl Özel İdaresi tarafından restore edilen konağın bir odasıyla sofasında, 1891–1897 yılları arasında bu konakta oturmuş ve çocukluğunu geçirmiş olan İkinci Cumhurbaşkanımız İsmet İnönü’nün eşya ve fotoğraflarının sergilendiği bir bölüm oluşturulmuş ve diğer odalarla birlikte ziyarete açılmıştır. Konağın oldukça geniş olan bahçesi ziyaretçilerin dinlenmesine yönelik olarak yeniden düzenlenmiştir. 2014 yılında restorasyona alınan konakta Sivas'a özgü birbirinden lezzetli yiyecekleri İnönü Konağı'ndan tadabilirsiniz.
