As understood from the sarcophagus inscription inside the tomb, the structure was built in H 679 (M 1280) by his son Emir Beklemiş for Emir Tayboğa, son of İlbasmış, son of Koçkad, Oğul Beyoğlu, son of Hoca Ebubekir, known as Yaş Bey.
