Nakibzade Medresesi, Ulu Cami doğusunda bugün ayakta olmayan Eyyubi Medresesi’nin yerine inşa edilmiştir. Yapı üzerindeki kitabeye göre 1781 yılında Nakibzade Hacı İbrahim Efendi tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Medrese; 1876 yılında onarım görmüştür. Cumhuriyet'ten sonra Atatürk İlkokulu, sonra Vakıflar Şube Müdürlüğü olarak kullanılmıştır. 2010-2011 yıllarında Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından onarılmıştır.
