Ellisekiz Meydanı'na (Hoşgörü Meydanı) giden sokağın girişindedir. İnşa kitabesi bulunmayan mescidin adına 1920 (hicri 1339) tarihli bir vakfiyede rastlanmaktadır. Burada yapı için “Hacı Mihman Mescidi, nam-ı diğer Kıbrıs Mescidi” ifadeleri kullanılmıştır. Buna göre; 1523’e ait kayıtlarda “Mescid-i Hacı Mihman” olarak geçen yapının bu yapı olduğu tahmin edilmektedir. Yapı Cumhuriyet (1923) sonrası yenilenmiştir. Bu yenileme sırasında son cemaat yeri betonlaşmıştır. Avlunun batısındaki odaların eskiden tekke olarak kullanıldığı söylenilmektedir.
