Bal Hasan Mahallesi’ndedir. Yapının inşa kitabesi yoktur. Ancak plan ve mihrap elemanlarının özellikleri, Niğde ve Bor’daki Karaman oğulları dönemi cami ve mescitleriyle büyük benzerlik göstermektedir. Ayrıca yapının ismi 1476 miladi tarihli Tapu Tahrir Defteri’nde geçmektedir. Bundan dolayı XV. yüzyıl başlarında inşa edildiği görüşü hâkimdir. Bazı onarımlarla günümüze gelen cami, orijinal özelliğini ve fonksiyonunu korumaktadır. Harimin kuzey tarafına son cemaat niteliğinde basit bir mekân eklenmiş, avlu kısmına da 1–2 oda ile tuvalet ve abdest muslukları yapılmıştır.
Dıştan 9.50x10.30 metre ölçülerinde olan yapı, düz ahşap tavanlı camiler gurubundadır. Son cemaat yeri ve minaresi yoktur. Üstten eğimli sac çatı ile örtülüdür. Duvarlarında kaba yonu taş, cümle kapısı – sütun, kemer ve mihrapta ince tonu taş, örtü sisteminde ahşap malzeme kullanılmıştır. Harime, kuzey cepheden sonradan eklenen basit hacimden girilir. İç mekân 7.80x8.50 metre ölçülerindedir. Doğu-Batı doğrultusunda yerleştirilen üçer gözlü, iki sıra sivri kemerle mihraba paralel üç sahna ayrılmıştır. Mihrap mukarnas kavsaralıdır. Oldukça sade inşa edilen yapıda en önemli bezeme mihraptadır.
