Kentin güneybatısında, Mesken Mahallesi’ndedir. Artuklu Sultanı Necmeddin İlgazi (1108-1112) ile kardeşi Eminüddin yaptırmıştır. Eminüddin’in başlatıp ölümünden sonra kardeşi Necmeddin İlgazi’nin tamamlattığı yapılar topluluğu cami, medrese, hamam, çeşme, bimaristan (hastane-şifahane) yapılarından oluşmaktadır. Mimarı bilinmemektedir.
