To the west of the son cemaat yeri is a minaret added later, and to the east are two vaulted tombs opening into each other. There is an inscription above the entrance door.
The six-couplet verse inscription above the entrance door bears the date H. 1207 (M. 1792). The mosque was commissioned by Şa’di Paşa, son of Yusuf Ziya Paşa, who was the Governor of Diyarbekir and Maden-i Humayun Emini, for his mother Ayşe Hanım. In the two vaulted spaces opening into each other to the east of the son cemaat mahalli, there are three graves. The first grave belongs to Maraşlı Süleyman Paşa, born in H. 1256 (M. 1840). The second grave belongs to Hamidiye hanım, daughter of Şakir Paşa, who died in R. 1302 (M. 1887). It is not known to whom the third grave belongs. The date R. 1316 (M. 1901) is written on the grave marker.
