Merkez Medrese Mahallesi Kümbetaltı Mezarlığı içerisinde yer almaktadır. 1266 yılında dönemin ileri gelenlerinden Hoca Aka Maatır tarafından Fatma Hatun adına yaptırılmıştır. Kümbet; köşeleri üçgen pahlı kare kaide üzerine sekizgen gövdelidir. Örtü sistemi içte kubbe, dışta sekizgen konik külahıdır. Yapı düzgün kesme taşlarla inşa edilmiştir.
