Mosque: It was commissioned by Nasrullah Kadı in 912-1506. In 1159-1746, it was repaired and enlarged by Reis’ ül Küttap Hacı Mustafa Efendi. During this time, a library and a madrasa were added. The mosque is still open for worship and is the central mosque of Kastamonu. During the National Struggle period, the sermon given by M. Akif Ersoy in this mosque was distributed to the soldiers at the front in an effort to raise their morale.

Münire Madrasa: It is one of the units of Nasrullah Kadı Külliyesi. The madrasa, built by Reis’ül Küttap Hacı Mustafa Efendi in 1159-1746, was repaired in 1224-1809, 1230-1814, 1259-1843 and 1279-1862. Having served for many years as the Foundations Student Dormitory, the madrasa was thereafter allocated to the Kastamonu Governorship Special Provincial Administration Directorate and began to serve as a handicrafts bazaar. The allocation of the madrasa was cancelled in 2005, and it continues to serve as a handicrafts bazaar.

Numaniyye Madrasa: It was built by Cecelizade İbrahim Nurettin Efendi in 1100-1688. The name Numaniye comes from Hoca Numan Efendi, a Sheikh of the Kadiri or Naqshbandi Order, who served as a mudarris in the madrasa in 1250-1834. It was repaired in 1217-1802 by Mudarris Çoruk zade Ali oğlu Ahmed Efendi. Since 08.12.1999, it has been serving as the Imaret of the Kastamonu Regional Directorate of Foundations. Tevfikiye Madrasa: It was built by Hatip Efendi zade Tevfik Efendi at a date after 1240-1824. It was transferred on condition of repair and restoration and leased to a private company. Restoration works are still continuing.

Nasrullah Fountain: It was built by Nasrullah Kadı in 912-1506, during the initial creation of the külliye. It was repaired in 1129-1716. In its present form, the fountain was built in 1166/1752 by a benefactor named Bedii. In 1167-1863, domes were built over the fountain by the same person. In 1279-1863, it was repaired by Mustafa Bey, one of the İzbeli sons. At an unknown date, Ömer Kethüda also repaired it. Its toilet, which is not present today, was also built at the same time as the fountain. It is documented that it was repaired by Bedii.

Tomb: Nasrullah Kadı, the founder of the mosque, was buried at the northern end of the fountains upon his death. In place of the tomb, which was demolished in the 1960s, a symbolic area was set aside by the Municipality in 1995 and landscaped.
