The bath has a rectangular plan formed by the cold room, warm room and hot room sections extending in the north-south direction. The hot room is of the four-iwan plan type with corner private cells, which is the common plan scheme of traditional Turkish baths.

Access to the structure was provided through the square-planned cold room section located to the southeast of the hot room. The door in the north wall of this section opens into the hot room section. To the west of the hot room is the furnace, and to the west of the cold room is the toilet.

A stone tub uncovered in the warm room during the excavations reveals that, also taking into account the birth of Kadı Burhâneddîn Ânevî, the world’s first example of water birth took place here.
