The Cartoon and Humor Museum preserves from extinction a cultural accumulation that constitutes the clearest documents of our social history and reflects it to the present day through various activities. In addition, at the museum, which communicates with similar institutions in other countries, the famous names of world cartoon art are introduced to the people of Istanbul through solo or group exhibitions. The Cartoon and Humor Museum is a living museum that continuously develops according to the understanding of contemporary museology and can therefore be visited continuously. Along with the changing and interesting exhibitions opened in the exhibition halls, the increasingly enriched Humor Library and Archive are worth seeing. In addition, anyone who wishes can work in the original print workshop under the supervision of an expert. Conferences, panels, small concerts, and video screenings are among the museum's other activities. The museum mainly consists of the following units:

EXHIBITION HALLS: Two complementary types of exhibition are held in the museum. Permanent exhibition: This is the section where the stages Turkish Cartoon has gone through from its beginning to the present are explained with examples and documents. Temporary exhibitions: This is the section where the works of artists from the country and the world are exhibited and introduced. At least one exhibition is opened here every month. HUMOR LIBRARY: This is the section where cartoons, humor, and cultural publications related to these subjects that have been published or are being published in Turkey and in the world are brought together and presented to the visitor. ARCHIVE: This is the section where the original or reproduced works of all local and foreign old and contemporary cartoonists are collected, classified according to people, countries, and subjects, and preserved. ORIGINAL PRINT WORKSHOP: In this workshop, original print techniques are taught by an expert to anyone who wishes. The facilities of the workshop are offered to artists, and group exhibitions are opened with the works produced.
