Yukarı doğru kademeli olarak daralan, saatli bölümle beraber dört katlı bir yapıdır. Dört cephe de birbirine eş olarak tasarlanmıştır. Sadece denize bakan cephede kapının üstünde Abdülmecit'e ait tuğra yer alır. Bu her cephedeki yüksekçe ve daire kemerli kapının iki yanında köşelere gelen yerlerde ikişer dor sütunu cepheden bağımsız olarak yerleştirilmiştir. Bu arada küre biçimli taşlar kapı önlerinde bulunmaktadır.
Zemin kat ile birinci kat arasında bir triglif-metop bandı yer alır. Üst katta dor sütunlarının yerine iyon düzenindeki pilastrlar almıştır. Birinci kattaki açıklık bu sefer dikdörtgen olmasına rağmen, üstünde konsollarla taşınan basık ve aynası boş bir kemer düz bir lento üzerinde yer alır.
İkinci kattaki kompozisyonda yine ortada yarım daire kemerli bir açıklık görülür. Köşelerde ise bitkisel motifler çerçevelendirilerek değerlendirilmiştir. Bu katı saatlerin olduğu kattan ince konsol bir saçak ayırır. En üst katta ise girlandlar içine yerleştirilmiş saatler ile köşelerde kıvrımlı destekler yer alır. Ayrıca köşelerde küre biçimli taşlar zemin kattakilerden daha küçük boyutlularıyla yerleştirilmiştir.
