Alaaddin Keykubat Halk Kütüphanesi’nin içinde bulunduğu Kültür Sarayı'nın zemin ve birinci katında bulunan müze, Isparta Müze Müdürlüğü’ne bağlıdır. Açılışı 23 Haziran 2007 tarihinde yapılmıştır. Her katı 108 metrekare olmak üzere iki katlı iç teşhiri ve binanın batı kısmındaki bahçede açık teşhiri mevcuttur. Müzede; Isparta Müzesi Etnografya Depolarından seçilen, 144 adet envanterlik, 4 adet etütlük etnoğrafik eser, ilçe merkezinden toplanan 24 adet envanterlik arkeolojik eser ve 11 adet envanterlik etnografik İslami Mezar Steli sergilenmektedir. Müze bahçesinde Roma Dönemi taş eserler bulunmaktadır. Sunaklar, lahitler, kapı biçimli ve alınlık biçimli mezar stelleri mevcuttur.
