The museum, located on the ground and first floors of the Kültür Sarayı, which also houses Alaaddin Keykubat Halk Kütüphanesi, is affiliated with the Isparta Museum Directorate. It was opened on 23 June 2007. It has a two-storey indoor exhibition area, each floor being 108 square meters, and an open-air exhibition in the garden on the western side of the building. On display in the museum are 144 inventoried ethnographic works and 4 study ethnographic works selected from the Ethnography Storerooms of Isparta Museum, 24 inventoried archaeological works collected from the district center, and 11 inventoried ethnographic Islamic Grave Steles. In the museum garden there are stone works from the Roman Period. There are altars, sarcophagi, door-shaped and pediment-shaped grave steles.
